Experience

Who Cooks and Serves Your Event

Our own team cooks and serves your event. We staff it by guest count, with about one team member for every 25 guests. The roles are a chef, an event coordinator, cooks and servers. The company has 10+ years in catering.

How we cook

  • In our kitchen. We prepare the food in our licensed commercial kitchen in Aventura and deliver it in our own vehicles, from office lunches to yacht platters.
  • On site. For grill and paella menus we finish the food at your venue using our own professional equipment.
  • In your kitchen. For a private chef dinner, your chef cooks and serves in your kitchen, and groceries are included in the price.

What to Tell Your Coordinator Before We Quote Your Menu

A kosher-style quote is only as accurate as the details you send. Share the six items below when you send your request or when the coordinator calls, and the quote lists the right dishes, the right guest count and a clear line for every charge.

1

Date, start time and address

Give the date, the time your guests arrive and the full address. Delivery depends on your address and is shown in your quote, so the coordinator needs the location early.

2

Guest count

Full service starts at 25 guests. We prepare 10% more food than your headcount at no extra charge, and your final count is due 10 business days before the event.

3

The dishes you have in mind

List them in your own words, such as roast chicken, brisket, rice, roasted vegetables or salads. Your coordinator confirms the dishes we cook and writes them into the quote.

4

What your family or community requires

Say which ingredients you avoid. If your event requires certified kosher food, tell us at the start so we can talk through your options before you book.

5

The place

If you are hosting at home or in a hall, mention whether it has a kitchen, a loading area or rules for outside caterers. Your coordinator plans the setup with you.

6

Budget per guest

It guides the menu your coordinator suggests, and the quote shows the exact price per guest before you pay a deposit.

How Your Kosher-Style Catering Total Is Built, Step by Step

Your total is the price per guest times your guest count, plus a service charge and sales tax. The quote shows each part on its own line before you pay a deposit, so nothing is added without your approval. Delivery depends on your address and is shown as its own line. The price per guest depends on the dishes you choose, and your coordinator names it in the quote.

Price per guest. The dishes in your quote set it. Full service starts at 25 guests, and a party of up to 50 adds $10 per guest. From there it drops $2 per guest at each step of 100, 200 and 300+ guests.
  2. 02
Extra food. Our kitchen plans 10% more food than your headcount, and you pay nothing for the extra.
  3. 03
Service time. Your price covers four hours, and each additional hour is $5 per guest.
  4. 04
Service charge. A percentage of the food total that falls as the party grows: 18% (up to 100 guests), 15% (101 to 200), 12% (201 to 300), 10% (over 300). It pays for staffing, setup and breakdown, and kitchen operations. It is not a tip.
  5. 05
Sales tax. Florida's 6% plus the county surtax of 0.5% to 1.5%, shown on a separate line.
  6. 06
Tips and deposit. Tips are optional and we never add one. You pay a 50% deposit once the menu and quote are approved, or 30% if you book 6+ months ahead.

Kosher-Style Catering Questions Before You Book in Miami

Is your Miami catering kosher?

No. Kosher-style dishes. Not certified kosher and not prepared under rabbinical supervision. If your event requires certified kosher food, tell us at the start so we can talk through your options before you book.

What does kosher-style catering mean?

There is no certificate and no rabbinical supervision. You send the dishes you have in mind, and your quote lists each one and states that the menu is kosher-style, so you know what you are booking.

How much does kosher-style catering cost per person in Miami?

The price per guest depends on the dishes in your quote, and the quote shows it before you pay a deposit. The service charge and sales tax come as separate lines. The steps above list every charge, from the 25-guest minimum to the deposit.

Can I choose the dishes for a kosher-style dinner?

Yes. Send the dishes you have in mind, for example brisket, roast chicken, rice or salads, and your coordinator confirms in the quote which of them we cook. Mention ingredients your family avoids at the same time.

Can you cater a company lunch with kosher-style dishes?

You can request kosher-style dishes for a company event of 25 guests or more, and your coordinator confirms the menu in the quote. For office orders in general, see corporate catering in Miami.

Do you cater kosher-style events in Miami Beach, Coral Gables and Aventura?

Yes. We cater across Miami-Dade, and delivery depends on your address and is shown in your quote. For Broward and Palm Beach, see kosher-style catering in South Florida.

How far ahead should I book kosher-style catering in Miami?

Book a private dinner 2 to 3 weeks out, and allow 4 to 8 weeks for a company event and 6 to 12 months for a wedding. Send your date first, since the quote takes 24 hours. For weddings, see wedding catering in Miami.

What happens after I request kosher-style catering?
