Delivery catering comes in two formats. Office orders are priced per guest, and platters are priced per tray. Delivery is priced by your address and shown in your quote, so the price below is the food alone, before delivery and tax.

A coordinator calls about guests, venue and menu. Your quote lists the price per guest, the service charge and what it covers, sales tax and the total.

You review the menu and the quote, then sign and pay the deposit. Tasting terms are below.

Confirm the final count
Menu and count are due 10 business days before the event. After that the count can only go up.

Event day and after
We set up, serve and clean our area, and pack leftovers on request. Tell us within 24 hours if anything was not right and we make it right with a credit, remake or refund.
Which Catering Delivery Order Fits Your Event
The right delivery order depends on how many people you feed and when they eat. These four cover most delivery orders: an office lunch, a morning meeting, a tray order for a party and a larger event that needs service on site.
Office lunch
Order boxes or a buffet for 10 guests or more, 24 hours ahead. Your team gets a labeled portion each, which helps with vegetarian and other dietary choices. See corporate catering in Miami for company events.
Breakfast and meetings
Morning orders are priced like office orders, from $15 per guest, and also need 24 hours of notice. Tell us the delivery time and the floor or suite, and add them to your request.
Platters for a party or a boat day
Two trays is the minimum, and platters need 48 hours. Each tray holds 12 to 30 pieces, so your coordinator tells you how many trays fit your guest count.

Booking terms
Catering Booking Terms Without Small Print
These are the terms we put in your contract, in plain words.
Deposit, price lock and payment
50% after you approve the menu and quote, or 30% when you book 6+ months ahead. Your contract price does not change before the event. Pay by card, Zelle, ACH, check or cash; 4% off without a card.
Guest count and final payment
Due 10 business days before the event, 48 hours for office and yacht orders. You can reduce the count by up to 10% of the contract.
Cancellation
7+ days before: event credit with no expiry or a refund minus 30%. Less than 7 days: no refund. Drop-off orders: full refund up to 24 hours before delivery. If we have to cancel, we refund your deposit within 10 days and, less than 30 days out, help find a replacement and pay the price difference.
Rain plan
It’s Florida. We bring a tent or switch to a covered format, quoted in advance.
Tasting
Free for booked weddings and events of 100+ guests. Before booking, a tasting is $100, credited to your order if you book within 14 days.

What is drop-off catering?

What is the minimum order for catering delivery?
Office orders need 10 guests, and platter orders need 2 trays. Both are minimums for delivery only, not for events with staff on site.
How far ahead do I order catering delivery?
Office orders need 24 hours and platters need 48 hours. Send your date and address first, and your coordinator confirms whether your delivery slot is available.
Do you tip catering delivery?
Gratuity is optional. We never add it automatically, it does not change your price, and your quote shows it as its own line with a default of zero.
Is there catering near me that delivers?
We deliver across Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, the Florida Keys and the Treasure Coast. Send your address, and your quote shows delivery for that address.
What if I need to cancel a catering delivery?
Cancel at least 24 hours before delivery and you get a full refund. Inside that window, your coordinator tells you what is possible.
Do you set up the food?
Yes. For office orders, setup and cleanup are included in the price per guest. Your meals arrive packed individually with the dish name on each label.
