How it works

How Catering Works, From Your Request to Event Day

  1. 1

    Answer five questions

Tell us the occasion, guest count, date, area and budget per guest. Prefer to talk? Call, email or message us on WhatsApp.

  2. 2

Get your quote in 24 hours

A coordinator calls about guests, venue and menu. Your quote lists the price per guest, the service charge and what it covers, sales tax and the total.

  3. 3

    Approve and book

You review the menu and the quote, then sign and pay the deposit. Tasting terms are below.

  4. 4

    Confirm the final count

Menu and count are due 10 business days before the event. After that the count can only go up.

  5. 5

    Event day and after

We set up, serve and clean our area, and pack leftovers on request. Tell us within 24 hours if anything was not right and we make it right with a credit, remake or refund.

What to Tell Us Before You Ask for a Quote

These are the questions your coordinator will ask. You do not need all the answers at the start. Give us what you know, and we will work through the rest with you.

How many guests

Give your estimate of the meals you need.

Where it will be

A home, a venue or another place: tell us the address or at least the area. The sales tax follows the county where the reception takes place, and delivery is priced by the address.

How the food is served

The food can arrive as drop-off services, or be set out as a buffet with our staff there to serve. Your coordinator explains the difference and confirms what fits your number of guests and your place.

What your guests need

Share any dietary needs, such as vegetarian, and any traditions your family keeps. Your coordinator replies about what the menu can include before the quote is final.

Who we should call

Name one person for your coordinator to reach, and a good time to call. Everything is confirmed in writing, so the family can read it together.
