Menu and count are due 10 business days before the event. After that the count can only go up.

We set up, serve and clean our area, and pack leftovers on request. Tell us within 24 hours if anything was not right and we make it right with a credit, remake or refund.

The right catering format in Vero Beach depends on how many guests you invite. Groups of two can book a private chef, ten or more can order office lunches, and 25 or more can book full service with staff. Every price below is per guest unless noted. Staffed events add a service charge, and sales tax applies to every order.

The base tier covers BBQ, grill, paella, Caribbean, Greek, vegan, crepe and party menus. The middle tier (parrillada, rodizio, food trucks, holiday menus) starts at $60, and the premium tier (steaks, seafood, cocktail receptions) at $78. Booking terms
Catering Booking Terms Without Small Print
These are the terms we put in your contract, in plain words.
Deposit, price lock and payment
50% after you approve the menu and quote, or 30% when you book 6+ months ahead. Your contract price does not change before the event. Pay by card, Zelle, ACH, check or cash; 4% off without a card.
Guest count and final payment
Due 10 business days before the event, 48 hours for office and yacht orders. You can reduce the count by up to 10% of the contract.
Cancellation
7+ days before: event credit with no expiry or a refund minus 30%. Less than 7 days: no refund. Drop-off orders: full refund up to 24 hours before delivery. If we have to cancel, we refund your deposit within 10 days and, less than 30 days out, help find a replacement and pay the price difference.
Rain plan
It’s Florida. We bring a tent or switch to a covered format, quoted in advance.
Tasting
Free for booked weddings and events of 100+ guests. Before booking, a tasting is $100, credited to your order if you book within 14 days.
What Your Vero Beach Catering Covers on Event Day
On event day, our team sets up, serves and cleans up its area, so you can stay with your guests. Staffed events include four hours of service, and your quote lists what each charge covers before you pay a deposit.
- Team size.About one team member for every 25 guests, with a chef, event coordinator, cooks and servers as the event requires.
- Four hours of service.An extra hour is $5 a guest, and staff beyond the standard team cost $50 an hour.
- Extra food.We prepare 10% more than your guest count at no extra charge.
- Service charge.It is 18% up to 100 guests, 15% for 101 to 200, 12% for 201 to 300 and 10% above 300. It covers staff, setup and breakdown and kitchen operations, and it is not a tip. Tips are optional and never added automatically.
- Sales tax.Indian River County's rate is 7%: Florida's 6% plus the county's 1%. It sits on its own line in your quote.
- Delivery.It depends on your address and is shown in your quote.

How much does catering cost in Vero Beach?
Party trays start at $65 a tray and need no staff, office lunches at $15 a guest, and staffed events at $45 per guest. Staffed events add a service charge, and sales tax applies to every order. The group-size table above shows where each format starts.
How much does catering cost for 30 guests?
Thirty guests qualify for full service, which starts at 25 guests. Groups under 50 add $10 a guest to the $45 base tier, so 30 guests are $55 a guest, or $1,650 before the service charge and tax. Party trays are an option if you do not need staff on site.
Do you serve Vero Beach?

How far ahead should I book catering in Vero Beach?
Private events need two to three weeks, company events four to eight weeks, party trays 48 hours and office lunches 24 hours. From Thanksgiving through New Year's Day minimums are higher, so ask early for those dates.
Is sales tax added to catering in Indian River County?
Yes. The rate is 7%: Florida's 6% plus the county's 1%. It appears on its own line in your quote, separate from the service charge.
