Caribbean Catering Prices per Guest in Miami

Caribbean menus start at $45 a guest, the base tier, with a minimum of 25 guests. Every price is per guest, before the service charge and sales tax, and the quote shows each of those lines separately. The table shows the three tiers, so you can see where your menu sits before you request a quote.

TierFrom, per guestMinimumGood to know
Base: Caribbean, BBQ, grill, paella, Greek, vegan$4525 guestsUnder 50 guests, add $10 a guest
Middle and premium$60 and $7825 guestsSame terms as the base tier

Events with our staff carry a mandatory service charge: 18% up to 100 guests, 15% for 101 to 200, 12% for 201 to 300 and 10% above 300. It covers staff, setup, breakdown and kitchen operations, and it is not a tip. Sales tax is Florida's 6% plus your county's surtax, on its own line. Every tier includes four hours of service, and each extra hour is $5 a guest. For 50 guests at the base tier, the math reads 50 × $45 = $2,250, plus the 18% service charge and tax. Tips are optional and never added automatically.

Other cuisines in the same tier have their own pages: BBQ catering, paella catering and Greek catering. For every format and price, see catering menu and prices.

Experience

Who Cooks and Serves Your Event

Our own team cooks and serves your event. We staff it by guest count, with about one team member for every 25 guests. The roles are a chef, an event coordinator, cooks and servers. The company has 10+ years in catering.

How we cook

  • In our kitchen. We prepare the food in our licensed commercial kitchen in Aventura and deliver it in our own vehicles, from office lunches to yacht platters.
  • On site. For grill and paella menus we finish the food at your venue using our own professional equipment.
  • In your kitchen. For a private chef dinner, your chef cooks and serves in your kitchen, and groceries are included in the price.
