Experience

Who Cooks and Serves Your Event

Our own team cooks and serves your event. We staff it by guest count, with about one team member for every 25 guests. The roles are a chef, an event coordinator, cooks and servers. The company has 10+ years in catering.

How we cook

  • In our kitchen. We prepare the food in our licensed commercial kitchen in Aventura and deliver it in our own vehicles, from office lunches to yacht platters.
  • On site. For grill and paella menus we finish the food at your venue using our own professional equipment.
  • In your kitchen. For a private chef dinner, your chef cooks and serves in your kitchen, and groceries are included in the price.

FAQ

Catering Questions We Hear Before Every Booking

How much does catering cost in Miami for 50 guests or more?

Full service with staff starts at $45 per guest, with tiers at $60 and $78; office drop-off starts at $15. Fifty guests at the $45 tier come to $2,250 before the service charge and sales tax, and at 100 guests the price drops $2 per guest. Weddings and private chef are in the price table above.

What is the smallest event you cater?

Full-service catering starts at 25 guests, office drop-off at 10 and platters at 2 trays. Full-service events under 50 guests add $10 per guest.

Is the catering service charge the same as a tip?

No. The service charge is mandatory for events with our staff, it covers staffing, setup and breakdown, and kitchen operations, and it is not a tip. Gratuity is a separate, optional amount, and we never add it automatically.

What does the catering price per guest include?

The menu, cooking, 4 hours of service, staff for your guest count, buffet equipment, serving setup and cleanup of our area. Tables, chairs, linens and glassware are rentals through our partners, listed in your quote. Delivery depends on your address and is shown there too.

How far in advance should I book catering?

Weddings 6 to 12 months ahead, with the busiest season from October through May. Corporate events 4 to 8 weeks, private parties 2 to 3 weeks, office orders 24 hours and yacht platters 48 hours. Booking 6+ months ahead lowers the deposit to 30%.
