Miami Plate Catering cooks and delivers corporate catering across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, from a catered lunch for the office to a staffed dinner for clients. Office orders start at $15 per guest for 10 or more guests, with setup and cleanup included. Your coordinator sends the full quote within 24 hours.
- Office lunches from $15 a guest. The price covers the meal, the setup and the cleanup. Delivery depends on your address and is shown in your quote, and sales tax sits on its own line.
- Ten guests is enough. A team lunch or a Monday meeting for ten employees is a full order. Book it 24 hours ahead.
- Labeled single portions. Each office lunch portion is individually packaged and labeled with the dish, so everyone on the team finds the right meal, vegan dishes included.

Office lunches start at $15 per guest for 10 guests or more, and full service with staff on site starts at $45 per guest for 25 guests or more. Every price is before delivery, any service charge and tax, and your quote shows each one on a separate line before you pay anything.

Platters start at 2 trays and cost $65–95 per tray. Full-service events include 4 hours of service, and each extra hour is $5 per guest. Larger events save $2 per guest at each step of 100, 200 and 300+ guests.
The service charge applies only to events with our staff on site. It covers staffing, setup and breakdown, and kitchen operations, and it is not a tip.
Booking terms
Catering Booking Terms Without Small Print
These are the terms we put in your contract, in plain words.
Deposit, price lock and payment
50% after you approve the menu and quote, or 30% when you book 6+ months ahead. Your contract price does not change before the event. Pay by card, Zelle, ACH, check or cash; 4% off without a card.
Guest count and final payment
Due 10 business days before the event, 48 hours for office and yacht orders. You can reduce the count by up to 10% of the contract.
Cancellation
7+ days before: event credit with no expiry or a refund minus 30%. Less than 7 days: no refund. Drop-off orders: full refund up to 24 hours before delivery. If we have to cancel, we refund your deposit within 10 days and, less than 30 days out, help find a replacement and pay the price difference.
Rain plan
It’s Florida. We bring a tent or switch to a covered format, quoted in advance.
Tasting
Free for booked weddings and events of 100+ guests. Before booking, a tasting is $100, credited to your order if you book within 14 days.
Corporate Catering for Meetings, Celebrations and Client Dinners
Corporate catering covers team meetings, office celebrations, company parties and client dinners, and regular clients get one invoice a month and a dedicated manager. After your first order, the invoice is payable within 30 days, and your manager handles your account. Here is how each occasion works. Vegan dishes are available for every occasion below.

Office birthdays and team celebrations
A birthday lunch needs a headcount, a date and a budget per guest. Share all three and your quote comes with a menu that fits the budget.
Company parties

Menu and count are due 10 business days before the event. After that the count can only go up.

We set up, serve and clean our area, and pack leftovers on request. Tell us within 24 hours if anything was not right and we make it right with a credit, remake or refund.

Are setup and cleanup included in office catering?
Yes. Our team sets out your order, and cleanup after the meal is included in the office price. Delivery depends on your address and appears in your quote.
Do you have vegan options for a corporate lunch?
We offer a fully vegan menu and vegan dishes in our other menus. Portions are labeled with the dish, so vegan guests can find their meal. Tell your coordinator how many vegan guests you have when you request your quote.
Can my company get one invoice a month for corporate catering?
Yes. After your first order, you receive one invoice a month, payable within 30 days, and a dedicated manager handles your account. The first order follows the terms in your quote.
Is there a service charge on office lunch orders?
No. The service charge applies only to events with our staff on site, at 18% to 10% depending on guest count, and it is not a tip. Sales tax is a separate line, and gratuity is optional and never added automatically.
